Westwoods was established in three phases and has 179 single-family homes. The first phase was built circa 1992, followed shortly by the two remaining phases. Home construction was completed by three builders: Capano Homes, Ryan Homes, and Corrozzi Builders. 

The Westwoods Maintenance Corporation is a non-profit, volunteer member driven organization aimed at maintaining a beautiful and safe community for our neighbors. Through this organization, neighbors can have a voice in the continued operation of the community, as well as have input on the services that the organization provides.
